About
Two disciplines, one purpose.
Psychology taught me how people think and feel. Nursing taught me how to care for them. Together, they shape how I practice.
I bring together an understanding of human behavior and emotional well-being with a clinical approach to psychiatric care.
As a nurse practitioner with master’s degrees in both psychology and psychiatric-mental health nursing, my background has shaped a simple belief: effective mental health care means looking beyond symptom management to understand the whole person.
I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, practical, and individualized. I work with you to understand your experiences, explore appropriate treatment options, and develop a plan that reflects your needs and goals.
Taking the first step toward better mental health can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Your experiences deserve to be heard with compassion and without judgment.
My professional journey began with a master’s in psychology. After immigrating to the United States, I pursued a new path in nursing — starting from scratch — to provide more holistic, more individualized care.
