What if my insurance isn't listed?
Reach out anyway. We can talk about self-pay options and, if helpful, provide documentation you can submit to your plan for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Can I use my HSA?
Yes. Health Savings Account cards are accepted along with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
Under the No Surprises Act, if you don’t have insurance or are not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care. Ask us for one when you schedule. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
